DAY 1 - Arrive in Kerala
On arrival at Cochin International airport, you will be met by our tour coordinator. Transfer to the hotel. After refreshment, go on a short sight seeing of Fort Cochin, an important harbor and trade center. You will discover the residual of European invasion from 1500 AC – 20th century. Main attractions include the Dutch Palace, Jewish synagogue, Jew Street, St Francis church, Marine drive and Bolghatty Palace.
Spend the rest of the day for shopping and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 - Munnar hill station
After breakfast, proceed to the enchanting hill station Munnar where you get to see the tea plantations and spices cultivation at its best. Check in at a resort by afternoon. Visit Mattupetty, Indo swiss cattle farm, Eco point, Top station and Eravikulam national park. Return to the resort for over night stay.
Day 3 - Thekkady
After breakfast, visit Pallivasal waterfalls and Blossom Park. By afternoon transfer to Thekkady. Enjoy the beautiful hill highways for a couple of hours and check in at your hotel at Thekkady. Enjoy a walk and boat ride at Periyar wild life sanctuary. Return to hotel for over night stay.
Day 4 - Kumarakom
Visit to plantations or a tea factory in the morning (optional). After breakfast leave for Kumarakom Check in to an exclusive house boat to see Vembanad lake, Pathiramanal island, Bird sanctuary, R block and other regions of Kuttanad where paddy cultivation is below sea level. The boat will be anchored in lake after sunset.
Day 5 - Leave Kerala for Home
After breakfast disembark from houseboat and transfer to airport or railway station for onward destination. Tour ends here!
